Small lounge with open-hearth fireplace. Small, luggage room. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace 18 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Private entrance. The second living room with fireplace is located in the entrance area and has no window.

In the house: sauna (extra). Steam room, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (18 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Matrei" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 800 m, ski lift 5 km, chair lift 5 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 5 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 5 km, ice field 500 m. Nearby attractions: Stadt Innsbruck 24 km, Sterzing 37 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Berger Alm 5 km, Schlick 14 km, Stubaier Gletscher 37 km. A hammam session is offered once a week. Get off 18 steps to get from the parking place to the entrances.

    Ruim appartement. Ligt een stuk hoger dan de hoofdweg, dus sneeuwkettingen zijn geen overbodige luxe.

    Sehr nette Vermieter, grandiose Aussicht, die Betten haben eine normale Länge und sind sehr bequem. WLan ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Küche ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr rustikal eingerichtet aber sauber. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist optimal. Das erste Show more Zimmer ist ein Wohnbereich mit offenem Kamin, von diesem geht links ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad ab. Rechts davon kommt man in einen kleinen Vorraum, von diesem geht das andere Bad und die Küche mit Wohnbereich ab, hier ist der Ausgang zur Terrasse. Hinter dem Wohnbereich ist das Dreibettzimmer. 2 Fernsehgeräte vorhanden in den Wohnbereichen. Die Nachbarswohnung ist vom ersten Wohnbereich nur durch eine Tür getrennt und man hört hier jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für ein Wochenende geeignet. Bei der Anreise muss man etwas suchen, eigentlich ist es aber ausgeschildert. Show less

    L 'accueil de la propriétaire a été bon mais nous sommes très déçus par cette location sensée être 3 étoiles mais qui ne les vaut certainement pas. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement glacial, il faisait 13 degrés ce jour là et il n'y avait aucun chauffage de branché. A notre disposition un Show more convecteur électrique pour 90 m2 et un à résistance dans chaque salle de bain mais il y en avait un qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le lavabo était bouché dans celle qui avait du chauffage. Le réfrigérateur ne refroidit presque plus même en étant réglé au maximum, il est à changer. La hotte ne fonctionne pas. Par contre la terrasse est agréable avec une très belle vue. Show less
