Shower/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).


    Maurach: Guests receive 20% discount at the Achensee Golf Club. Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Rofan", renovated in 2016. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a sunny position, 150 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: WiFi, sauna (extra). Steam room, solarium (all extra), relaxation room, playroom, lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and breakfast possible (extra). Parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 150 m, public bathing area 1 km, bathing lake "Achensee" 1 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 400 m, sports centre 4 km, mountain railway, ski lift, ski bus stop, ski school 150 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).     Wenn uns die direkt vor dem Haus vorbeiführende stark befahrene Straße nicht gestört hätte, würden wir das Appartement unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.
