    4-room apartment 120 m2, on the ground floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: large living room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining table. Radio. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. 1 pet/ dog allowed.


    Kaltenbach: Neat, cosy 2-family house "Luxner". In the resort, 200 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 200 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 6 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen 500 m, Zillertal Arena 8 km, Ski Zillertal 3000 15 km.

    Eine wirklich grosse Wohnung mit Daheim-Gefühl. Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Viel Platz für Kinder, auch im Garten. Kein Internet aber sonst alles was es braucht in guter Ausstattung.
