Walk-through room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 small room with 1 french bed and shower. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

In the district of Distelberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 2 km from the centre of Aschau, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: garden (not fenced) lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Aschau" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Riding stable 1.5 km, ski lift 3.5 km, ski school 3.5 km.
