Rustic, comfortable country house "Vepres", 600 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 6 km from the centre of Massa Martana, outside the resort Viepri, in a secluded position on top of a hill. Private: park 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (6 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km.
