Apartment block "Platten". Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (4 x 12 m, 01.06.-30.09.) with internal staircase. In the house: restaurant, lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 10 m, swimming bay 1.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, mountain railway 4 km, ski lift 4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vierwaldstättersee 1.5 km. Access: motorway A4 Zürich - Gotthard, exit number 40 "Brunnen". Then road Brunnen - Gersau - Weggis. Railway station "Brunnen" 7 km. Bus connection. Car ferry Beckenried - Gersau 2 km. Mild climate and lush vegetation (laurel, almond and fig trees). Ideal place for excursions. There are ferry trips available to the lake during April to October.
