2-room apartment 68 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill). Bath/bidet/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (Dial up/ISDN, free). Garage space n 6, height 210 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. On the place of garage: lying down height 10 cm. Not suitable for a car that is too low.


Small apartment house "Monte Cristo". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking. Restaurant 200 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Zier" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, skisport facilities 800 m. Shuttle bus operates in Winter and from the end of June up to mid-September.

ottima posizione tranquilla , centro di Crans raggiungibile a piedi (10 min) , fermata bus (gratuito) a 100m , magnifico panorama delle montagne del Vallese , appartamento ampio e confortevole , garage coperto molto comodo ma manca un locale per il deposito di sci e scarponi .

casa molto funzionale, non manca niente.Unica pecca :pentole anaderenti troppo graffiate e mancanza di coltelli da cucina.

Sehr grosszügige Wohnung, gute Fernsicht. Lage etwas Abseits vom Zentrum, dafür sehr ruhig.
